Hey Santa, Saturday December 7th, 14th, and 21st we'll be parading through the Downtown Seattle area! Join us as we paint the town red and white for 14 hours! SantaCon is an annual mass gathering of people dressed in Santa Claus costumes parading publicly on streets and inside locations in cities around the world. The focus is on spontaneity and creativity, while having a good time and spreading cheer and goodwill. This is much more than a pub crawl, and every time you call it that, a sugar plum fairy dies!
Expect thousands of Santas, live entertainment all day, free admission to venues, drink specials, a costume contest, professional photographers, and the most wonderful time of the year!
BUYER BEWARE: We've been doing this annually with thousands of attendees for a long time and ‘Seattle SantaCon’ on Facebook is our official page. Warn your friends to watch out for imitators! Nationwide companies are selling phony tickets which will not gain you entry to our event.

Please reach us at seattlesantas@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Seattle SantaCon is the Pacific Northwest's largest Santa event. It's up to 14 hours of spreading cheer and goodwill through the Downtown Seattle area. Eat, drink, dance, and be merry with us!
This isn't a "Bad Santa" event. Seattle SantaCon isn't "Santarchy" or "Santa Rampage". It isn't your ordinary Santa bar crawl. It also isn't hosted by PubCrawls.com or other nationwide imitators.
Seattle SantaCon takes place every December on two Saturdays. Up until 2019 we held one big event. Since 2021 we've organized on two Saturdays to account for capacity and venue closures due to covid.
Seattle SantaCon is held in the Downtown and Pioneer Square neighborhoods, 98101 - 98104.
See the Eventbrite page for all the schedule details. You'll find our staff outside most of our current venues. Please RSVP on the Facebook Event page for live updates during the event.
Yes, you won't be able to enter most if not all of our venues without a wristband. SantaCon staff and security will be checking at most if not all entrances.
Purchase online, then show up. Or just show up (note: prices are cheaper in advance). We have $10,000+ in event costs and will donate a minimum of $5,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County.
Eventbrite only, sorry! No cash. Please report anyone taking cash for entry to seattlesantas@gmail.com or Seattle SantaCon on Facebook.
Yes you may collect wristbands for friends, and tickets are transferable using Eventbrite (check your confirmation email for the 'view and manage' link). Tickets are not transferable between dates however.
No. If a venue is full and other Santas aren't leaving, you're going to be stuck in line. Don't wait in line for long! Go to another venue because we have lots of them!.
See the Eventbrite description for all the details. These are subject to availability, and there may or may not be substitutions at the venue's discretion.
We can't guarantee anything here. This is up to security at each venue.
Of course, silly Santa! No drinking on public streets or smoking in public parks. Follow traffic laws and authority figures. Don't mess with anyone, and especially don't mess with Santa. If you see something say something. Disrespectful Santas aren't welcome.
You ought to dress festively. A Santa hat is the bare minimum.
Any holiday costume works great for SantaCon. Yule, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa... all holiday outfits are welcome! You might even see an Easter Bunny!
Just like nearly every city in America: parking isn't easy, there're unfortunate souls who live on the streets, and theft and crime is more common than in suburbs and towns. We advise you to stick to groups, especially at night.
There is no general Seattle SantaCon lost & found. Try posting on the Facebook event page. Contact the venue where you believe you lost something.
Always! Santa herders, people to run games and activities, street performers and musicians, photographers, videographers, graphic and web designers, promoters, TikTok creators... message Seattle SantaCon on Facebook or seattlesantas@gmail.com and tell us what you can do! Volunteers get free tickets.
